When does this procedure apply?

In the event that any member feels that he or she has suffered discrimination in any way, or that the Club Policies, Rules or Code of Conduct have been broken they should follow the procedures below.

Complaint Contents

All complaints / matters reported to the Club must include:

  1. Details of what, when, how and where the occurrence took place
  2. Details of what, when, how and where the occurrence took place
  3. Any witness statements and names
  4. Names of any others who have been treated in a similar way
  5. Details of any former complaints made about the incident, date, when and to whom they were made

Ditton Minors FC operates a strict zero tolerance policy. As per the Discipline Process, outcomes of this Complaints Procedure can be appealed against by following the Club Appeal Process.

The Discipline Committee reserve the right to adjust this process where required.
