Player Registration Process - 25/26 Season
Once you have been invited to join a team, or stay with one of our teams, you will need to complete our Player Registration Process so that we can register you with the league. A player is not eligible to play in a match, until it has been confirmed they are on the squad list by the DMFC Registrations Office. The manager will be provided with an updated squad list.
Dates & Timelines

| Pre-Season Registration | Club registration must be completed BEFORE 15th August 2025 |
| In-Season Registration | Club registration must be completed by the end of the Sunday before the fixture |
| In-Season Transfers (from other clubs) | Club registration must be completed by the end of the Sunday 2 weeks before the fixture to allow for the notice window |
| Payment Deadline | Registration fees must be paid by Monday 1st September. For In-Season signings, this will be 21 Days from the registration. |
Fees
The registration fee is set at £95 for the 25/26 season. You can read more about how our finances work on our About Us page.
As per the 2025 AGM, there is a £20 discount for children of volunteers that meet specific eligibility criteria in line with the Club's education expectations to recognise their contributions.
To be eligible, the volunteer must hold a minimum of a Valid DBS, FA Playmaker and Safeguarding Children course to be eligible for the discount. A maximum of 3 discounts apply per team.
Process
Existing Players
Existing players will receive an invitation through the Spond app to complete a registration renewal. This will be issued during the week commencing 21st July 2025.
Existing players must not use the registration link for new players, they must use the invitation to renew.
New Players
New players must join using the registration form, which is available from your manager.
Photo Uploads
As part of the registration process, you will need to supply some supporting documentation. The table below shows what you will need to submit to your manager.
