This process will be followed for all Welfare Concerns within the club.

All concerns should contain sufficient detail for the Club Welfare Officer to act on, they may require an additional conversation in order to obtain all of the facts and information before proceeding further in their handling of the concern. It may be necessary for the Club Welfare Officer or other club officials to expedite the process and involve necessary authorities at an earlier stage than described above.

Any member of the Executive Committee can be contacted relating to a Welfare Concern.
